thats not true. meat is very healthy. althouh it is lsightly acidic (in regards to how it effects body PH), so are most types of starch, including grains and oats (etc etc). meat is far healthier for you thn suc "healthy" foods like = whole grains, brown rice, oatmeal...ect ect ect.

I don't eat oats, or rice or any whole grains. I get the carbs from berries, beans, some fruits and vegetables and xylitol, for example.

Except for beans, nuts, eggs, I use rice protein, pea protein, sometimes hemp, for slower absorbtion. And Whey for faster absorbtion. I'm considering to not continue whey protein once I run out though.

cool. eggs = great. they add in extra amino acids to make the rice and pea and hemp complete, correct?

I eat carbs every day. Not so much starches but I have found that the fruit sugars in berries etc can be used just as well for energy as starches. Most of the time I have it together with protein and some fats like olive oil this make it digested at an evenly rate.

No. I want it untampered with if possible. I combine let say rice and pea protein to make it utterly "complete and bioavailable" (whatever  ::)) It is natural protein for humans and recognized by the body as such and no allergy reaction or white blood cell response such as foregine material entering. You don't even need to combine it, just switch around from day to day. Newer science have found the bioavilability and completeness of a protein is way overestimated.

lets see this newer science

The notion that you have to have complete source of protein in the same meal or combine in the same meal is a study on RATS from the early 1900's  ::) And it still live on today...

"Protein combining (also protein complementing) is a controversial theory that vegetarians, particularly vegans, must eat certain complementary foods like beans and rice together in the same meal. The purpose of protein combining is to ensure that plant foods with incomplete essential amino acid content combine to form a complete protein, meeting all amino acid requirements for human growth and maintenance.

Many health organizations now consider protein combining within the same meal to be unnecessary.[1][2] Instead they recommend that vegans consume a variety of plant foods to ensure that all protein requirements are met.[2]"

The protein combining theory was based on interpretation of studies performed in the early 1900s on the growth of rats

Some nutritionists and health institutions continue to present protein combining as a recommendation for vegetarians and vegans. However, this recommendation has been challenged as unnecessary and misleading by vegetarian and vegan associations[4][5] and some nutritionists.

Let me tell you I still combine rice protein with pea protein, I even have complete sources of protein like egg and whey as well, it's well beyond what I need to do even being a vegetarian.

I think the trick for vegetarian or vegan is to eat often, and to combine the protein with fibers, fats and carbs because this is what plant based eaters in general do, this way protein still trickles into your system to get better utilized. And this is just for bodybuilding, you don't need these powders and shit it just makes it easier when bodybuilding to get high protein.

Predators need more sleep, eat seldom and fast, and lots at one sitting. Because meat digest slowly.

Humans are hunters.....

We're designed to hunt down animals and eat them.
Farming has only been around the last few thousand years, our bodies have not fully adapted to processed foods and foods with gluten in it.
We're designed to eat mostly animals with some fruit, vegetables and herbs.

I agree about farming, I don't eat much farmed products to begin with but would rather do so than animals and see nothing wrong with eating farmed grains etc if you tolerate it. However, animals have been eaten a very short span of time compared to plant based diet in evolution that led to humans. How many other primates eat meat?

Well, I guess if the whole world suddenly becomes vegetarian we could mow down some more of the Amazon or some forests for more farmland.....because there's not enough at the moment.

And what happens after too much farming?.......more desert. Not good.

Wow... Just wow...   Do you know how much land surface of growing nature is destroyed to raise enough cattle for us bloodthirsty westerners? I exponentially more than if we would eat plant based.

Thanks for the laugh btw.
