i dont know how you could tell from my routine.
i change things up a big, but here an average week, i dont work out more than 2 days in a row.
chest
back, traps and forearms
arms, shoulders,abs
legs
ive been training 4 years but i just started again in the beginning of september after a layoff.
iright now i am only benching 225x8 but i used to do 315x6-8
