gotta love the internet warriors.

"oh sure he's benching 545, but he's bouncing it a little too much off his chest and locks out his elbows. if he really wanted to work his pecs he'd touch lightly and stop just before lockout. i could bench 600 if i did it like him, but i stick with 155 because i want to blast my chest muscles, not work my ego." ::)

Exactly, little gym Napoleons and weaklings in general have an ego boost excuse for every situation.

i only have one problem with that dexter said he was curling 120 he was not
those are hammer curls a loooooooooooooot easier than palms up curling...
if i can hammer cur 80's or 90'swhy should david henry be hammer curling 120's
but like i sad hammer curls are verrrrrrrrrrrry duifferent to palms up regular curls
choice is an illusion

Regular db curls or hammer curls it makes no difference, for 90% of Getbiggers, asking any of them to curl any db over 50lbs and you may as well be asking for a cure for cancer from them.

How much is 120 pounds? 55kg? It is not superheavy especially for a Pro.

No shit!! That is cock strong by any standard. Not that heavy for a pro? Is that why Dexter Jackson couldn't believe it. That is heavy ass weight, and dude is crazy strong, i don't care how he was curling it, that is impressive. You guys are funny.

you should have seen the guys ripping on robert wilkerson's 405x20 bench because his form "sucked". or the guy who shoulder pressed 405x6 because he was "leaning back too far" and "using his upper chest". ::)

Give me a break!

Hammers! hahahahahahaha

And in true 'midget style' he cheats the whole way through!  Throwing his body weight, using momentum etc.

F**kin little men with major complexes.

Again, roids and midgets make an ugly mix!

Henry, having such short little arms, means the DB doesn't have to travel as far!

He throws the weight upwards and never completes the full ROM.

Henry then just drops the weight, excercising no control!

Again, just another midget with appalling form, undisciplined technique, roided to the gills who has a massive chip on his shoulder!

And this guy "isn`t locking out every rep with 405,and he takes a breather on the 15th rep, thats cheatin`".

Then you don't want big arms?
I find it very odd when anyone says something like the above statement. It's one thing to say "My legs are too small compared to my upper body, so I'm going lighter on the latter as to let my legs catch up." But it's an entirely different thing to boast about a lift, then continue saying you don't even go heavy.
