i only have one problem with that dexter said he was curling 120 he was not
those are hammer curls a loooooooooooooot easier than palms up curling...
if i can hammer cur 80's or 90'swhy should david henry be hammer curling 120's
but like i sad hammer curls are verrrrrrrrrrrry duifferent to palms up regular curls

Regular db curls or hammer curls it makes no difference, for 90% of Getbiggers, asking any of them to curl any db over 50lbs and you may as well be asking for a cure for cancer from them.

you should have seen the guys ripping on robert wilkerson's 405x20 bench because his form "sucked". or the guy who shoulder pressed 405x6 because he was "leaning back too far" and "using his upper chest". ::)

He throws the weight upwards and never completes the full ROM.

Henry then just drops the weight, excercising no control!

I find it very odd when anyone says something like the above statement. It's one thing to say "My legs are too small compared to my upper body, so I'm going lighter on the latter as to let my legs catch up." But it's an entirely different thing to boast about a lift, then continue saying you don't even go heavy.
