3 hour workout at 300 lbs under 8% BF, I would say he needs to eat 6000 to 7000 calories in that one meal...

its the smallest 300lbs ive ever seen in my life. he said he was 5'11 in the video. And judging by the size of his legs, he's lucky if he's 235. Hes walking on sugar canes!

and 1,000lbs shrugs. Im calling BULLSHIT on that. he could barely curl 80lbs, so i highly doubt he could shrug 1,000.

yea and what about eating rice and beans for breakfast with a lil piece of chicken?? Im calling bullshit on that. And then going to the gym for 3 hours to train. That would be the ultimate calorie deficit lol.
