MAX told me right after NEW YEARS (in about 2 weeks), he'll do the biceps preacher curls and then he'll do his shoulder workout with 1000lb shrugs.

My gf Colette saw him in the gym the other day. She said he trained chest for 3 1/2 hours. She got there just as he finished ROUND 1.......and then he made a "U-turn" and did it again (lighter the 2nd time). She confirmed it with the front desk guy that he had indeed been there lifting for over 1.5 hours already (and he was doing chest).
