went and trained at a hotel gym that was open havent done that in 10 years since i retired, but as i gave up drinking 3 months ago, i train a lot more especially when off work, sucks really as im not gased above hrt these days and recovery rates are a lot slower, but theres no swinging back to the darkside its tempting, but being out of breath and sweating all day, il just stick to the slower recovery rate, and hopefully live longer.
