i sure did!!

afterwards we went to mcdonalds for some burgers, fries and hot chocolate because its cold here!! about 28 f

my elbows hurt too-i need the recovery

3 sets underhand bb rows
3 sets nautilus pullovers
3 sets wrist curl
3 sets timed dead hang

my membership ran out on the 27th and i've been lifting at home.

i have to be one of those asshats to enter on jan 2nd and sign up.  Yes, I"m that guy.

went and trained at a hotel gym that was open havent done that in 10 years since i retired, but as i gave up drinking 3 months ago, i train a lot more especially when off work, sucks really as im not gased above hrt these days and recovery rates  are a lot slower, but theres no swinging back to the darkside its tempting, but being out of breath and sweating all day, il just stick to the slower recovery rate, and hopefully live longer.

Gyms closed. Can't wait for all the New Years resolutionists hogging machines and weights, standing around talking on cell phones and debating the best creatine loading protocols to get them swole for 2009.

Thankfully they don't last for more than a couple of months.
