I dont know what pic you are looking at but he has poor muscle bellies and insertions .especialy his arms ,christ they are worse than sharis
muscl bellys and insertions. muscle bellys are "good' when the stretch the entire area which the muscle covers. bigger muscle belies are better than smaller ones. a 'muscle belly' is a term for the actual muscle, of the muscle, not the whiet part tendon type stuf where the muscle inserts to the bone. insertions are 'good' when they insert at the farthest possible place down the bone where they are suppost to insert. for back, this means down at the hips. for arms, this means inserts up by the shoulder and down by the elbow (spanning the entire distancee of the upper arm bone).
if you look at his muscle bellies and insertions on his arms, both are good. insert at the very top and the very bottom for both bi's and tri's, and muscle bellies make up entirety of the muscle.
