http://www.criticalbench.com/strengthchart.htm

It's unclear where the numbers come from. Strong compared to who? The figures (unless he defines/explains the basis for them I didn't see) are pretty arbitrary it appears.

Personally, from the time I have spent over the years, research, etc I set the line at 2 X BW in the flat bench, and 3 X BW in the dead lift and squat (and of course form is another matter...) as "strong" relative to BW.

meso...

did you see the irish guy james fennelly.

in the idfpa at like 100kg junior he deadliufted 325kg easily. Guy was an unreal lifter. Always tested and passed. I think he quit PLing to pursue strongman...prob more suited. Once he fills out he will be awesome lifter.

He hold the irish bench record. Im looking to break it in comp before i turn into a senior. His deadliuft is unreal. Squat very good also.

i dont care about spelling online. its not important. as long as the jist of what i am saying comes across

The dumbell press lift figures don't seem to be proportionate to the other lifts...too light.  Anyone agree?
