allright i lied, i thought i'd sneak that ten pound plate on each side in on you.................it's actually the empty bar on all three lifts. 
I remember 7th grade offseason, come May, we would do our "max out" on bench press and squat, this little fucker got buried under the 45 pound bar. Total Humilitiation. He brought it up about an inch off his chest, but it just wasn't it the cards, dropped right back down.
