Every pro I have had here touring or competing has protein shakes. Last year Dexter, Melvin, Toney, Troy and Moe all bought protein as soon as they landed as it sometimes gets confiscated at customs as you cant bring food into Oz. Ronnie always had his shakes. As Bob said it is too hard to get all that protein through food alone. I might add that the guys were having protein before and after the shows.
