whats the problem big mal has an arm that looks to be around 21" and has some definition around the tri despite being over 10% bf. so i felt that was suspect. i didn't outright accuse him of using because i'm not certain.

the only people i am sure of using who claim natural status are : aquiles, meso, alex, and adonis ( had an account of elite admiting use).

i wind up dov and kiwol from time to time, but like you he just uses certain angles to look bigger than he is.

Edit: BTW...whats an impressive angle? As far as being flattered...I dont think I am all that impressive. I look good....but not great. Plenty who look far, far better than me.

I mean it sounds like he is talking about "parallel"

squats so he is sort of saying the depth might be questionable already

in one post he said 'right to parallel' (mirza is always criticising people's squat depth in videos, so its safe to say he means what he says: 'parallel' in another post he said 'half squats' big difference mirza got caught in another lie he makes this shit up when he gets backed into corner

And even though Alex23 and I aren't exactly the greatest friends in the world, I'd have to say I don't think Big Mark C is Alex at all. I actually thought Big Mark C was Benz or JediKnight for a while. Not sure now, although I'm sure that no way no one knows for real who the person is behind that account.
