I like 4thAD but I agree with what Emmortal said about steroid boards. Steroid board moderators are can be huge dillholes as well. Like lots of their members, they often have underwhelming physiques for their elitist statements and arrogance too. Some are helpful but it's a huge reason why I don't post on lots of the other boards. I lurk but never bother to join.

To be honest, James. It's nothing to lose sleep over. Don't get too engaged with people on steroid boards because even on a good board, it's not uncommon for the losers to ruin it for the rest of the good bros.

In all reality, you need to cut the mods on the Roid board some slack. They get all kinds of wingnuts posting there that should be reading the World Anabolic Review and or using "google" to search products and reaserch them before jabbing there ass cheeks left right and centre. Most people on that form are looking for a quick fix and answers to drugs they know nothing about. Then they have to also put up with would be narks on there looking to bust people.
