Sorry guys, just catching up on this thread. I wasn't going to say anything about my experience of the steroid board here, but since this thread has been made and this comment came up I thought it was appropriate to voice my opinion.
Last week I posted a new topic about books on anabolics/steroids. I explained that I am currently drug free and would like to know if anyone on the board had come across any good books on steroids etc that they could recommend to me as I would love to compete in strongman in the future and would really like some guys with experience to point me in the right direction. I was respectful and polite. The next day my thread was gone. Seriously wtf? Everyone starts somewhere. At least I'm not one of these idiots that sticks needles into themselves without any knowledge. I asked for some advice and my thread got deleted. From my experience it's a pretty useless board.
I would like to know who deleted my genuine thread and why.

Wish I could tell you. I rarely delete anything. The only time I hit the “Remove Post” button is if it’s a outright sourcing post, or someone posting personal information of other board members (we had a problem with that about a year or so ago.)
As for all the BS postings, you know the busting each other’s balls post, most of it I could care less and hardly ever remove it.
There was a time about two years ago when I completely melted about some post a bunch of people made about a certain friend of mine and I went a little nuts on the delete button. But hey, it was a friend, and at least I can admit I went nuts, lol!
The steroid board mods do a good good at keeping subjects on topic. They only do away with disrespectful exchanges, I have no problem with that, the G&O has more then enough of that going on. The board is one of the slower boards on getbig and the mods should innovate like the positive board mods did to bring things up to speed. If people don't like the responses they are getting from the mods on topics on the steroid board there are plenty of other knowledgeable people, on various subjects, on getbig. Although all advice should be taken with a grain of salt of course. I saw the exchange that got James apparently banned, I have seen worse on that board, maybe 4th was having a bad day. James, I am sure things can be worked out if you wish them to be worked out or you can be bitter that an internet persona shitcanned your day.
The board had a lot more traffic in the past. In the last year a few getbig members started PMing personal info of several steroid board users all over the place…this ran those guys off.
There is also a well known scammer that preys on Newbies here on getbig. He post under a handful of various names and has been around here for the past 3 years. Ron has been told about it several times, but for some reason no one can get rid of the guy…needless to say, he’s responsible for running off more people then anyone else.
I like 4thAD but I agree with what Emmortal said about steroid boards. Steroid board moderators are can be huge dillholes as well. Like lots of their members, they often have underwhelming physiques for their elitist statements and arrogance too. Some are helpful but it's a huge reason why I don't post on lots of the other boards. I lurk but never bother to join.
To be honest, James. It's nothing to lose sleep over. Don't get too engaged with people on steroid boards because even on a good board, it's not uncommon for the losers to ruin it for the rest of the good bros.

Like I’ve said, for the most part I don’t care what people post…even if it’s repetitive simpleton stuff it doesn’t bother me and when I have time I answer…don’t spend as much time here as I used to though, probodybuilding.com takes the majority of my time and getting that site up and running.
Some retard on that board posted this, and the grammar was worse than that of an 8 year old retard(a "hokes", really?), so I told the guy I was surprised someone ripped him off when he seems so intelligent. The guy actually thanked me too. Then one of the mods deleted it, they are all assholes except Rimbaud.
