Spitting is disgusting and the penalties should be harsher because if you get spat on and respond with a fist, then YOU get charged.

Anyway, I would recommend investing in some metal underwear with a padlock, like Leslie Neilsen had in one of the Naked Gun films. Failing that, don't wipe your ass for months and hopefully the disgusting shit stench shall deter all but the most sexually frustrated of well hung lifers.

You're lucky, young guys who spit gum and disturb the peace are left well alone and given serious respect by the myriad murderers and armed robbers in the big house.

Looking back, do you think they were justified in charging you with those violations? Or do you think they were made up and overhyped?

i think so, look at the year we had, beat a top 10 team (well at least the beginning of the year) should have beat tech, mizzo and OU were bad but if played later in the season, might have been closer. Look what pellini has done with previous schools. matter of time till we are back, hoepfully soon, thats all we have here lol and spitting gum folks like me lol
