I havw taken adderall before for a short period of time. I do not have add, and only took it because I was working on a project and my level of concentration was amazing. I did loose weight as well. Since adderall is an amphetamine sulfite tab. it decreases appetite, and increases your core body temp. causing a thermogenic affect. Weight loss is an actual condition that adderall can be prescribed for, but this rarely if ever happens, but doctors are very well aware that weight loss is a side effect.
With that said, Adderall can be a great Medication, not "drug". However, if you don't have add, I would only use it for a specific purpose, project, a test, etc. But Never over a prolonged period of time. There are better ways to lose weight. And your body develops a tolerance to the adderall. Since you are taking it for it's clinical purpose, this will lead to you increasing your dose. When this starts to happen a Very common side effect is an extreme change in the persons mood. It won't happen right away, but over time you will become edgy, and not want to tolerate other people. Also, when you increase the dose to get the same effect you fall into an "overkill" state, and rather than gain concentration, you will lose it.
Hope that helped. Enjoy the weight loss, but you're better off with clen. or t-4 for that. As for the mental effects of the adderall, enjoy them when it is needed only. Unless you were prescribed adderall by your psychiatrist. In that case, it should be needed, and also should be taken daily, not 5 on 2 off. And if that's the case I would look into the new long acting adderall rather than the fast acting that most people take.
Best of luck.
