Went to Vegas and now back. Didnt seem to find or hear anything about Keiths Gym. What happened? Did it open???

I think that if you're gym going to be the largest in Las Vegas, then you'll be fine. At least you won't be spending money on franchise fees since its yours. Just get the right people to run the facility and actually train them yourself as to how you want it ran. Don't just hire some lunkhead.

All I said was I went to Vegas and 411'ed your gym and nothing came up. So I take it from your response you didnt open your gym? Well from all your rants and stories I would imagine opening a gym would be seamless and simple for a man with such connections and fame. For a second I actually believed all your stories of living the rich life......right.

I am a no one? Well I would much rather be myself then whatever you claim to be. You claim that the economy stopped your gym being built? Well I look around and I see construction both retail and commercial in full effect. So why did your gym not get built? Maybe you were lying? Or do you believe you own lies?

I was flickin through Praxis posts from before and he doesnt seem to be interested in anything but visiting your gym. All there was was a couple posts asking if it was going to be open when he was in Vegas.

I just read this post again. You are one very ignorant person if this is what you saw when you came here (if you really did). Las Vegas leads the nation in unemployement rate. Construction has halted on all but a few major projects and many other have been postponed. Honestly if you are going to try and make me look bad at least make up shit that is half way true. It is dipshits like you that I love to expose. And you do realize it is morons like you that think I am some star or something. I don't ever recall me saying anything. I post up some pictures of me with other people who are real stars and tell stories of things I have done and it is people like you (out of jealousy or just envy) that want to make it sound like I am bragging or saying I am a star or something. It just shows you that you and some of the others have really had no life at all or live in some hole or just don't have what it takes to do something with your life. See kid I used to do things like that all the time. It was NO big deal or at least I didn't show it. I have to kind of side with Praxis on this one.

If there is anytime to get a gym built, it is now, or perhaps in a few months when the Obama rescue plan comes (there might be some construction tax breaks included in there)

The building contractors will also give you very good deals as they're not exactly crowded with work at the moment.

Both true and not true.

If you have a lot of money, this is the time to invest it. Good deals can be made,
and if things get worse even better deals can be made. People need their jobs.
Problem is that no one like to loose their money, and thats whats happens now.
Banks and investors are holding on to their money, because they are nervous and
uncertain. I live in a country with a more "protected" economy and even here
projects are being put on hold. So i understand Keith's situation very well.
