315 flat bench.whats the most reps you have got...8 reps for me.but that was with a 250lbs bodyweight.which isn't that impressive.
not even 1 rep   on the flat.......I've been stuck a little over 225 for the last 18 yrs.  315 has been  personal goal of mine though.

no disrespect man but if you have been stuck at the same weight for 18 years your doing something wrong.maybe you should switch up your workout.whats your bodyweight?

No offense, but i have a hard time buying you repped out 315lbs.

Were you on a heavy cycle at the time?

315 is baby weights

heavy cycle? test alone.. not very high../ug crap.. using better stuff now but same dose.. strength is probably a little bit higher but i never try to lift that much weight on bench.. for myself its not good for building muscle... at the time i was tryingdifferent methods to get my stubborn chest to grow... i was trying to go heavy hevayy heavy.. didnt do anything at all for growth...

1 all out rep but couldn't lock out without a spot. 2009 is going to be the year that I get 315 for reps.

Okay I waited to post on here till I tried this.  At my peak I did 23.  Today was the first time I got under a bench press since around December of 2007.  I thought of this thread the whole time.  So after a few warmup with 135 then 225 I put on 315.  I did two reps barely.  The first one went up okay and I wanted to see if I could do one more.  I did it without any kind of help.  But it was really hard.  I truly feel when I first got under the bar how weak I felt in my triceps and chest.  But mostly my triceps.  I have NO arm strength at all.  I have been doing more leg (mostly calf and hamstring) and back in the gym then cardio.  I have only been back for a couple weeks.  But I want to see how long it takes me to get to 10 rep with 315.  Hoping not to long.  I will be testing my shoulder strength next week.  I may hit 10 reps with 315 on the front press before my bench.  We'll see.  But I know I can do it.  Well see about the muscle memory.  I am also 50 years old now.  But I really don't feel the age will restrict me at all.  We will see

agreed ...I am lifetime natural and can get 8 reps...however I do have probably 10-12 years training under my belt.I'm in my early thirty's and started lifting at 15 years old.took a few years off around 21 and partied.I can remember the first time I touched a weight.they were plastic filled with concreate or sand.I benched about 80lbs 3-4 reps!ha ha

Middleweight competitor for life....I work and do school.   If I had an endorsement   and free steak I'd be 400 lbs  shredded   and benching 900!!!!

On the "stuff"
225: Don't know, never tried it
315: 19
405: 9

Not on the stuff
315: 16
405: 5

And yeah, it this was on the bench. Figuratively speaking though Wolfe is getting his dick sucked from behind by $2000 hookers while we're all under the sheets using a Dirt Devil vac.

How many reps can you crack these days with 315lbs, Wolfe?

50 isn't THAT old. A few weeks of consistent training and you should be able to do 8 - 12 easy.

Epic BS.  315 for 19 does not equal 405 for 9.  The best bencher in the world Ryan Kennelly can do 405 for 20, but you are doing 9 rightttt  ::)

the process of getting obese is very unhealthy... simply being obese... not really too unhealthy.. "the heart has to work harder" well...only really if all the extra weight is muscle... heart doesnt have to do much of anyting at all if all the weight is fat...  and workign out makes the heart work harder... more work the heart does less time it lives...
