Bottom line, Venice is a stinking shit hole.
It now trades off a contrived legacy.
It's always crowded and noisy. It has an horrendous ambience. A totally life sapping experience.
Yeah the 90's ruled....I was there also I used to piss off the front desk purposly making up a 4 digit acct numer so they'd type it in an see a totally different person in the computer. I p'd them off so mmuch they (Aron and Glenn I believe) gave me a free 2 yr membership as long as I left the front desk slone...it made Kent laugh big time.
