to each his own...

I can understand the second comment b/c he worded it in such a way that would attract the attention that he is recieving. I however have said basically the same thing in different words on here many times "I hope he is a great president, I hope he doesnt get half the shit that he wants accomplished but i hope he is a great president" is basically saying i hope he doesnt get a lot of liberal shit done, which if you read limbaughs full transcript instead of 240's spin job is what he meant.

On the 3rd comment im gonna give you one of these  ::) not b/c i disagree with you b/c i dont but olbeirman does the same thing with reps and assumes they are all paranoid, gun toting, bible clutching, neocons.

I simply disagree with your assessment of Olberman and it makes me wonder if we're even watching the same show.

He doesn't watch it.  That's the difference.  When people shit on him but don't watch him, it's pointless arguig with them.

I enjoy watching hannity as much as I enjoy watching olbermann.  Of course, I have been avoiding both for the last few weeks.

yeah, leaders need to have thicker skin.  I remember Palin whining about bloggers.  It's the same thing.

The most powerful man in the world is talking about a radio talk show host.  A little disturbing.  The words "Rush Limbaugh" should never come out of the man's mouth.

If the moveon.org example wasn't enough...

Tonight olbermann pointed out the fact that both Cheney and mcCain had called out OLBERMANN by name repeatedly.

Wow... looks like the nation's top repubs have been dignifying wackjob liberal groups and left-wing talk show hosts for quite some time.  Obama's just following their lead!

I didn't say it was good or bad.

I pointed out to BB a good 3 examples which contradicted his point.

Bush told us not to listen to bin laden.

Was bin laden in Bush's head?

Not according to Bush. He said in reference to OBL... "I really don't give him much thought".

Obama is picking the wrong fight with Limbaugh because Rush has 22 million listeners a week and is skilled at these things.  ZERO is dead wrong on a lot of the issues he has been pushing lately in his first week and does not want those things in the spotlight.

Olberman is the ultimate liberal male:

1.  Metrosexual
2.  Pisses his pants (Literally)
3.  Hides under his desk in fear (Literally)
4.  Refuses to debate opposing views.

Thats the only reason i dont watch keith and hannity...no one who disagrees is on the show...Only O'Riley has the otherside on the show. And even though its using his rules so he often cuts the guy off and what not...he still has the other people on. He is still an out of touch dickface

I dont watch any of those shows because the level of content is very low.

I watch CNBC, History Channel Discovery, Spike (UFC) and the YES Network when the Yankees are playing.

Almost everything else stinks.

Oh I forgot, I watch the Spanish channels when they have the hotties in bikinis.

Wow.  You're wrong. Would you like to bet $100 that Olbermann will be off the air on jan 27, 2010?  Let's paypal our bets to a neutral source.

Are you down?  ;)

Olberman is a joke and his ratings will go down the toilet even worse now.

Why wont he bring on people to debate like Hannity or OReilly do???????????????????????

Olberman is only gettting stronger and Rachel Maddow is coming on strong too.  I'm starting to like her show better than Olberman.

She comes across as far more stable emotionally without the pettiness

and also just very precise with the facts

She almost looks like Olbermans little sister (or brother) when they do their hand off at the end of his show.

Uh, no, you tried a diversionary moral equivalency argument, which has zero to do with Obama letting a talk radio entertainer occupy his thoughts during his first week on the job.

During a time of war, Bush let a one-page ad from some nutjob liberal group take center stage, and the forefront of his mind.

He legitimized them.  he put them on the map for the world.  He gave them FAR FAR FAR more press by attacking them, than their 1-page ad would have generated.
