Tonight I learned a new trick.
I can usually eat one big bowl of chicken Voila (a mixture of chicken, broccoli, pasta veggies, add'l cooked chicken, and carrots).
Tonight, i crushed and sprinkled Ritz crackers all over it. Instead of feeling nauseous after finishing the first bowl like usual (broccoli sucks, ya know), I was able to eat a second large bowl. I will now begin adding a few ritz crackers to each meal to see if it helps me to eat more.
