well there is a universal law of physics and there are no exceptions person to person
if we are talking about growth
then its simply all about gravity and time under gravity
sleep is the smallest stimulation obviously
so i ask you experiment eating alot more but of things i will list below, and try to keep track of what time you go to bed and get up, see if you can manipulate it favorably with these foods. remember its key to keep track of how much working out your doing be aware of FLUCTUATIONS WITH SLEEP AND WORKING OUT, lets not be blind to the subtle changes, see if you cant make some radical changes who knows? you might be so against some of these foods just because i am johnny falcon and you hate me, and totally miss out on some true understanding for your own good
like ALOT ofgrape juice and low fat milk and soy milk at late night hours
mid day- have same as above but more junkfood BUT NO SUGAR CAN OR CORNSYRUP HIGH FRUCTOSE junkfood, im talkin like funions goldfish crackers, tator tots, french fries, sugar free cookies ect blackeyed peas with cheese is tasty too
early morning - load it up with heavy foods almost identical to mid day dont forget milk and soy milk have alot of texas toast with cheese its freakin great!!
