Anyone Pls. Suggest a Workout Program for a QUICK MASS. Iv'e been doing the PUSH PULL LEGS for the last 6 Months. Is there a Program That will make you a Monster in A QUICK TIME.
Try Max-OT... I started it two months ago and seem to progress well.
agreed, very good program, nothing more than a few sets in the 4-6 rep range, when 6 is too easy add weight, when 4 is too hard lighten the weight a little.
any guidelines, sample workouts on that?
