a lot of hate towards jrod in this thread

you all have to remember he is the role model for using scientific knowledge to build muscle.
1. he uses a workout routine that has been shown to stimulate maximum protein synthesis + strength while keeping cortisol to a minimum. ( yes i can back this with studies)
2. he uses the best possible pre/during/post workout nutrition - shown to increase protein synthesis 400+% reducing cortisol etc.
3. he is extremely methodical with his diet - a diet which has been backed by science to spare maximum protein while dieting, while still providing enough carbs to fuel his workouts. Also when he reduces calories he lowers them very very slowly - again helping keep maximum muscle while dieting.
4. he is extremely methodical with his workouts, using perfect text book form and focussing on the negative with every exercise.
While most in the know, up to date bodybuilders in general may have read about the importance of these factors for maximum effectiveness in your bodybuilding endeavours, how many can honestly say they do everyone 100% of the time?
