NW83, I placed some eggs into a saucepan to boil them Saturday morning and when I went to pour boiling water into the pan I noticed a small to medium sized spider running around in the pan between the eggs. This startled me, obviously, and I asked myself "what would NW83 do in such a situation"? In the end, I took the eggs out of the pan, let the spider out into the backgarden and then proceeded to start the egg boiling process again. Was this correct and what would you have done in such a situation?

to be 100%% honest i would have smashed the crap out of the spider and thrown the pan away forever

i will train legs friday
i used to train em earlier in the week but they get so sore they screw up my training for the rest of the week

i think the only people they are fooling are themselves

i think if u train legs hard enough u shouldnt be capable of doing a 2nd leg day

Good plan you need more recovery after legs. I bet SF1900 can sqaut a bunch of weight being short with those wide shoulders is a advantage in squatting have you two trained legs together yet?

Gene, i played Football for three straight days and while playing QB, i heard a popping sound in my shoulder and it has been hurting all weekend, what should i do for the pain? It has been hurting since i got tackled on the concrete also.

from what i can remember its:

heavy standing barbell presses
couple sets of heavy laterals w/ drop sets
then some rear delt stuff
i think maybe some front raise shit
then some shrugging w/ barbells and dumbells
