For an out of body experience try 14 days 0ZERO Fucking carbs now that is a trip.Ketone sticks are all brown and ammonium levels go through the roof but man watch that weight run off.
Been there.....prefer to stay just above ketosis if I go that route again.
But you're right, the weight fly's off and my stomach felt like an inferno and I could eat as much protein as I wanted without ever really feeling full. It was insane. I used a teaspoon of peanut-butter every now and then for energy as well as lots of caffeine.
The only problem is that lifting weights at the gym was becoming more of a mental challenge than a physical one since I had such little energy.

If I did that diet over again I'd down some carbs just before I train....we learn from our mistakes.
But on the plus side, my face was shredded and looking really sharp. So if that's what someone is aiming for it's probably the best diet along with lots of coffee.
The downside is that I effed up and lost too much weight......over 7 kilo's, close to 9 at the worst. A lot of that was muscle, now I'm trying to regain it
