the persian makes fun of everyone when his reality is a trailer , no job and an obese girlfriend. i am often amaze at who he attacks - rich people, thin people, people who look great .

Well, if he was a realist, he could attack nobody, because even if you are fat, or poor or have an ugly girlfriend or whatever, there's few people on the board who are ALL that.

poor, fat, ugly gf, living in a trailer, delusional. Hard to top that.

hahahaha, check out the absolutely BRUTAL training that "donkeykong" is doing right now. ;D

The TRX Force bundle comes with the door anchor, you can put it up on every sturdy door. I use the bedroom door towards the hall.

bwahahaahahahaha, you're waaaaayyyyy to fat to be even able to get up to the position, let alone the fact that your trailer doesn't have a place to mount the TRX!

You would have to go outside on the trailerpark and everyone would laugh at the fat fuck wrestling with the TRX straps...
Better stay inside in front of your PC.

I believe it's the one where you are almost in the bottom part of an SLDL position on a seated cable row and instead of sitting up and pulling back you stay in that position and essentially flare your lats contracting the weight.  David Henry does it as well in some of his videos.

actually i was watching it yesterday performed by Ron Harris

DC Training cable long rows

I am not claiming it. In fact I could have someone stand on one foot and lift milk cartons filled with sand while blowing bubbles with chewing gum and I wouldnt claim it because somebody somewhere probably did it before. Have you ever seen me (me personally) name an exercise after myself? Thats why I called it "high pulls"......I have no control what my trainee's call something I ask them to do. You got to give me a little more credit than that toolarge....I named myself Doggcrapp remember? Not exactly a marketing gem. I have people go to failure 3 times during sets of 11-20 reps and was too darn lazy to name it something else (and it looked kind of close to Rest Pauses which were a set of 6 single reps with 10 seconds between them).....so I named them "Restpauses" too not "DC reps".....trust me my ego is wrapped up in whether I can get that guy over there who is at a plateau up in size, not in any exercise named after me.....I called that "high pulls" and have always have

of what? your 14 inch arms and 58 inch waist? that's exactly what they looked like on your infamous "Hooters girl" press video. :D
