Agreed....it's a representation of a time and place...a era which wont be repeated...like the early days of the NFL, or MLB.

To ask why someone of the modern era didn't compete, would be like asking why Brett Farve didn't play football in the AFL

If he were claiming to be a billionaire, I'd be skeptical, but earning over $100k/yr is hardly unusual. you also got the point bob but compare to AFL, NABBA is still up and running and also producing some of great names of pro circut like Charles Claremont,Dennis James,mustafa Mohammad,Edward kawak and most recent NABBA Armature universe Lyonel beyeke from France who also got 2nd in supper heave weight class at Arnold armature world championship this year.most of people in the hall was convinced that he should have won his class and overall.mark my words he is star in making trained by legend no other then serge nubret himself.
oh and i forget about latest ifbb superstar Samuel saviour.he also won 3 time NAC universe before turning ifbb pro.you know why these guys still compete in nabba cuz ifbb armature organizational structure is so corrupt and fucked up.these guys would have been buried by their local and regional ifbb fedratons if NABBA don't provide them international plateform to compete and grow.
so till ifbb dont get its act togather and overcome its dirty armature politics NABBA is a way to go.

People compete in NABBA for the simple reason that they're born and live where there are NABBA shows....name me one guy that CHOSES to compete in NABBA over the IFBB...
