In all honesty beef is a much better bodybuilding food than chicken. Has tons of B vitamins and naturally occurring creatine.
Anyways,,,,,,when I was a younger and just getting hooked into bodybuilding I got to know this guy at my work. He was an old school lifter who worked out in Vince's gym in California back when he was younger. This guy was in good shape and a pretty big dude for being in his late 40's. We'd used to shoot the shit about everything bodybuilding related. Before I knew much he was telling me about how Steve Reeve's special drink was a couple cups of orange juice and about 5 or 6 raw eggs blended together or something like that. I was so excited.....I though that was the missing link in my training and diet.......the key to getting huge........so I go home THAT NIGHT and pull out the blender........grab a few cups of orange juice and reach way back in the fridge and pull out a carton of eggs. I mixed it up and downed in a few minutes. As soon as that shit settled I knew something wasn't right. I must not have looked at the expiration date on the eggs or maybe it was a combination of the acidic orange juice or something. But within minutes my stomach was rumbling and gurgling. I managed to go to bed and get a good night's sleep. But that morning I got up and went into work...........ALL FUCKING DAY I had the worst watery diarrhea shit of my life! I had to go home on my lunch and change out my drawers. This continued for probably 36 hours. My asshole was burning by the end of it. That is the WORST pain in the world.........just sitting there on the toilet hoping to god you got it all out cause any little bit of that acidic water diarrhea would burn your asshole like nothing else on it's way out! Needless to say I've never done the OJ and eggs drink again. Although I eat raw eggs all the time. FUCK STEVE REEVES AND THOSE OLD SKOOL GUYS!
