The problem with Alzado is he was the one who was blaming hormones for his illness when he knew damn well it was a lie...

That is fucking gutless...Esp/when he knew that just about every one of his football buddies were taking steroids...

Bros-- he died from CNS T-cell lymphoma. This is an unusual brain tumor associated with immunosuppressive disorders most commonly. He was immunosuppressed and had AIDS.

The issue is that Lyle stated interviews that he died from hgh.. The news always lumped gh with steroids anyway for sensationalism..  But , like some here have stated, when I went to Venice beach back in the early 90s I always heard about Lyle and his activities.. He was let go fro the raiders whe he did not pass his physical.. But the story was that he did not make the cut which was a line put out from the raider org..

He also had a lawsuit against the Raiders. Which was why he was claiming steroids/HGH!
