This time is different. Cus I started from a decent condition.
I am already in the last time contest bf level with 6kg heavier.
Telling the truth, Paco recomend me to be in 15 of march show also.
But, i want to be in absolute shredded condition. So, If I se myself insufficent, i will skip that.
This time, surely i want the title even if you call it gay.

This is a huge challenge for not only me but also my gym mates.

Me too, I become very slow and dont understand any simple story. I even dont have power to get mad.
Its my 4th week of 100g rice a day. My conciousness is always fading.
