i didnt say they re awesome, just that i finally get them to grow with this tchnique, after years of half reps like kai is doing there, it just looks silly to see a pro doint it wrong, his calves are big, but small in proportion to his quads, and way less developed than arnies or dorians.

first time i've seen kai off the cuff

i came away pretty impressed w/ the authority in which he spoke about anatomy.. almost sounded like he was reading directly from a biomechanic journal.. did seem like a cool guy but i thought all the labor pain grunting while doing calves was kind of comical

I agree, he sounds slightly more intelligent than the average pro. While I dont agree with his Grapefruit love  ;D I do wish him the best
