Pathetic... ::)

 ;D  Seriously bro I really don't have anything against you.  Layne isn't natural.  That's the bottomline.  You're just naive about bodybuilding.  No biggie bro!  You're probably a good American!

Haha 6-8 years ago you could legally buy 'pain free orals' (injectable) pro-hormones....
4ad cyp, 1test cyp......
There were tons of them, and they were all the rage....

All natural!

Doug admits to using various USP Labs pro hormones like anabolic pump, prime etc... While he may not be using illegal steroids, he is damn sure using plenty of pro hormones and precursors...

Test boosters include natural compounds. They aren't anabolic steroids.

never do db curls and when i do i do them with my palm facing up the whole time so yes 55's is about my limit, 85's is chickenshit weight for most other db exercises though.

If your maximum curl is 55lbs then probably the only exercise where 85lbs would even seem significantly light would be rows. But even then, with a 55lb dumbell curl max, it would not be an easy feat.

So based on this alone, My guess is that you don't lift many weights. Otherwise you would have known this.

What about Quakers 1000's of posts on the Training Board over the years.... what do you attribute that to?

Translation = he is a weak bitter old man who probably eeked out 4 shaky reps with 185 pounds on the bench press in his "so called"  prime

Yeah he's probably the same bitter old man you see at the gym, who straps on a couple 2.5's on the sides on the barbell and then proceeds to take up the bench for an hour and a half busting out half-reps and forcing all those "ungrateful youngsters" to stand around patiently, because they don't want to offend the decrepit piece of shit while he is being a complete jackass.
