Nevermind, Powerforward was right. I looked up the movie on IMBd website and it had this written in the trivia part:

Arnold Schwarzenegger won a Golden Globe Award for "Best Acting Debut in a Motion Picture", even though his debut was in Hercules in New York (1970).

arnold seems to have more clout or influence in bodybuiding that the greatest lifters hd in their sports rigert or alexeev for instance or coan and pacifico in powerlifting .in bodybuiding it seems that evereything  goes back to scwarzenegger there is a  personlity cult around him

Actually, I believe Frank Zane was the first to receive the Sandow in 1977.

As Gene Mozee said, Arnold wouldn't be absolutely nothing without roids....

Is that accurate i wonder; he would have known more than most.

If you look at those younger pics it always seem that when he was heavier the extra weight seemed to go to the thighs, filling them out better and creating better overall balance.

Also obvious from those young pics is that most of the size advantage over other BBs happened very early on, before or around age 20.

Arnold is the most overhyped celebrity in history. He is a terrible actor and an even worse governor. Terminator and Terminator 2 are about the only Arnold films that aren't completely forgettable. The idea that Arnold is some great actor is simply ludicrous. He has never starred in an Oscar worthy film. He has never won an acting award of any significance. He is little more than a Hollywood oddity and overpaid action star.

Many of his bodybuilding wins were of dubious legitimacy. He never won any legitimate titles in the US, such as the AAU Mr. America. I think he competed against half a dozen people between 1970 and 1975. The IFBB was a joke back then.

Arnold is also one of the biggest bullshitters in history. He claims to have won the "German Powerlifting Championship" in 1968, yet no record exists of this event. He has claimed a 500 bench and a 700 deadlift, yet nobody has ever seen him lift anywhere near those poundages. All of his books and magazine articles were ghostwritten by professional writers. It's amazing how many people have bought into his crap over the years.

Arnold won the 1970 AAU Mr. World, beating a couple of AAU Mr. America's in the process. He didn't win the AAU America for obvious reasons.

Arnold did win the heavyweight class at the German pwl championships on 5th May 1968.
A record of this event does exist and can be found in the German magazine Kraftsport revue (issue 46). Arnold’s numbers were squat 215 kg (473 pounds), bench 200 kg (440) and deadlift 310 kg (682). Franco won the lightweight. Photos have been published as well.

Arnie had some big flaws. Very uneven biceps, his right arm had a huge egg shaped peak but his left arm was kinda flat. Almost never do you see him do a straight on dubble bi shot.

That's one of the biggest myths about Arnold's biceps.Actually his biceps were very symmetrical when viewed from the same angle as in a strait on front double bi's shot.In a twisted FDB everyone's biceps look uneven simply because they are shown and viewed from a different angle.
