Higher rep (as 12 t0 20) squats, Dl's and cleans will ramp up the metabolism big time. Throw in some clean & jerks and snatches also.
The appetite should increase for those 6 smallish meals every day. Your body will be working at a higher level and demand more food. Just try to keep the eating in a positive range, no use stuffing yourself with a lot of not needed calories that can turn to fat. Find the best calorie range for you. Might be 3,500, 4,000 or 5,000 plus a day. With all of the above, the metabolism should be primed for muscle growth. Good Luck.
