Agree, either way thats the leanest Vince has ever looked in any of the pics that have been posted of him on this site so Ill give him props on that.. He needs to add alot more muscle before getting on stage though , just my opinion Vince.

Vince looks pretty good, he has decent structure and isn't as far away from the required condition that a lot of you think, give it 3-5 weeks of very hard dieting and it could be doable. Just think the shoulders let him down.

You can see seratus and the tie-ins to the abs and he has decent separation in the chest and arms. You're telling me he couldn't lose 15 pounds in 5 weeks from that kind of condition if he really wanted to?

Looks to be around 15-17%, but everything around 13-18% looks about the same.

His legs dont look like they have any seperation in them, and his abs are just starting to come through.

So 15% may be giving him a bit, but either way he's FAR from stage ready. About a good 12 weeks out.
