Flex's arms were too big for his torso. Being arm dominant can look real cool though (see Priest for another example, or Heath).

This is a very perceptive and good answer here by van B. Yes, big arms look great - hey, maybe why many of us start lifting for. In a serious IFBB show things aren't meant to dominate. It is about building a balanced and proportionate physique. In the end Heath's overpowering arms and narrowness may hurt him. After all, balance and proportion are serious judging criteria.

Nasser's arms are perfect for his overall physique presentation. Look at this pose: everything is perfect, nothing lags, everything is developed to its potential but, crucially, within the overall aesthetic. This is world class bodybuilding right here. The arms are perfectly balanced with the rest of the stunning physique.

I don't agree with you at all. In his prime Nasser had one of the most complete physiques ever seen in terms of mass, symmetry, balance, proportion.
However, as you determined to find fault. One can easily say that Coleman's calves are too small for his body and his midsection too disgusting for his torso. Or "Backzilla's" back actually dominated his physique and his arms were far too small and quads too narrow.

Nasser has marvellous delts that , coupled with his legendary Calves and tight waist for a mass monster, give him an astonishing x-frame.

of course Coleman's calves are lacking... but unfortunately arms outweighs calves in the Bodybuilding requisite hierarchy and in like general .not may people really give a Sh** about calves....
sure you say heaths arms are too big...or flex's arms are too big... but arm dominance looks way better than torso dominance.... Coleman's arms were right for his torso... and victors too... however....

Nasser was a very good bodybuilder from the front , good from the sides and pathetic from the back , you and your fan-boys built him up to be something he's not and that one of the Greatest , you can harp on him beating Dorian in 1997 , hell lets say that he did what does that mean? he beat Dorian at his all-times worse LMFAO he would be left for dead by Dorian at his best oh wait he was in 1995

I think the 2 things I said on this board about Nasser over the years is "awesome bodybuilder from the front" but Ive always felt Yates was so overpowering from the rear that he overshadowed any edge Nasser had on him from the front and thats why he took those shows.

You also supported the fact that the lumps in his rear delts later in his career were in fact due to scar tissue and not synthol as the simpletons here believe

I used a screencap because the actual pic floating around of the front double bicep comparison of the top 3 in 98 has a scaling error with Nasser looking much bigger whereas the screencap is scaled accurately.  I actually chose it to be fair.  I can post tons of pics showing that Nasser had big arms.
