Not my breakfast, it's my 2nd or 3rd meal during a regular day(Speacial order !!Just bread & meat ,no salt ,no ketchup ,no oils.....4 pieces of meats ) ;)
My breakfast always is a big cup of fresh orange juice mixed with whey protein, and bread.
