Yes, that was 180 kg (about 400 lbs). Usually I use it for 6-8 reps.

henry had you a little on conditioning in that last comp, so perhaps you could add a week or 2 to your diet to really push him in the 202.

regarding your holywood dream, you'll never be a brad pitt or arnold, but if you get a good agent and go for russian/albanian/eastern european bodyguard/ mafia parts i think you'll be very successful.

Because I don't have a sponsorship contract with a big company or a magazine... But anyway it looks like that I'll get a 4th part time job so I hope that you'll be calm.

Hi,

I'm regulary checking my health and doing blood tests. Of course the results are depends on where stands my preparation for the contests.

Usually my blood pressure is around 120-140/90-100.

My AST is around 60-100 IU/l and my ALT is around 70-110 IU/l.

Well if your results are lower...I'm bigger, I'm stronger, I'm a professional bodybuilder. We can't be the same...

I'm healthy and feeling healthy.

would you be insulted if someone asked you to publicly divulge the number of sexually transmitted diseases you've contacted and how many partners you've had? you are asking Steve information that should be private between his doctor and himself. so there is no difference between these two.

If the question was irrelevant and had no context I might be, but Steve openly claims to be one of the healthiest pros in this thread http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=266232.0. Steve is also open and honest when he answers so I don't think that it is offensive at all.
