You know that means he'll never place in the top 10..., such blatant disregard for standard IFBB policy (gh gut, blocky physique)

Hi guys!

I just took a break for 2 weeks. I didn't train at all, I almost didn't eat anything, I didn't use the internet...I just rested and I didn't care with anything... Well, it was great!

But on April 10th I returned to the gym...I have 16 weeks until the Jacksonville Pro (Dexter Jackson Classic)...so I'll pump up the volume soon.

Interestingly I just lost 3.5 pounds during the 2 week break.

Of course I'm not look good, but this is why I have motivation to reach my best ever form in August.

Anyway, here're some pics to see how I started the 16 week preparation...

Steve, i understand that you have a lot to prove. However, the way you go about 'self promoting' is far from acceptable. It reeks of insecurity and attention-whoring.

Seriously, you need to be humble and modest. You come across as arrogant and cocky. These are not positive qualities!

Learn to play the BB-media at its own game, because right now you are on the losing end!

Steve has to think seriously about how he wants to be perceived by the fans and the industry alike!

Because right now, he is just making a rod for his back. He is a laughing stock.

Steve must choose a new path. His arrogance and cockiness is just a reflection of his insecurity and lack of confidence.

Again, Steve must secure a management team that will help to protect him from himself.

In other words, Steve is his own worst enemy. His career will go down the sewer like Sami's has, if he continues with his current ways!
