Apparantly Steve Namat works part time in a "Nightclub" as a professional dancer in Hungary. Steve might confirm this.

I like Steve's phsique and attitude but I think he could contribute here more in terms of real eating habits of a pro and rest periods of a pro,cos he wont divulge his cycles(cant blame him there) and most people are happy with their training
So Steve,bit of help on the eating and rest habits??
