Question for the quakerman.
« on: March 01, 2009, 02:08:16 PM »
You give a lot of advices on the gym exercise they call benchpress. Lots of infos on grips and how only pussys dont benchpress.
Do you benchpress and how much is your maximum benchpress?

No flaming here internet brother. Most fairly strong young punks can bench 3 wheels for a few.
You would only get called out if you claimed rediculous pooundages like 485 etc.
What is your current maximum?

Good reps with 3 plates is pretty rare I would have thought? Though my bench sucks, so maybe that explains my perception

So you are claiming a bench just under 400 pounds. Lets say for arguments sake it is 385. You weight what 230?

You are one of the strongest natural raw benchers raw benchers on this site.

It is the truth, I swear.

No, but I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate.    :)
