8:30am Breakfast, rice/steak + an "anabolic supplement"
9:00am Go to golds gym in venice, talk to friends/groupies.
9:30am Finish gossip in golds then watch PJ Braun Training.
10:30am Start training.
11:00am Get sidetracked by a conversation with charles glass.
11:30am Resume training.
12:30pm Finish training and take another anabolic supplement.
12:45pm Keep up appearances at the local health food stores/supplement shops.
1:30pm Head home.
2:00pm Get home and check BB.COM/PBW/Getbig.
8:00pm Go to bed ridiculously early for "increased GH levels during sleep"
