Arnold Classic Weekend Updates & Pics

Our fearless leader Ron "Yogi" Avidan has landed after a long day of traveling. The yogster said he is jones'n for some Orange Chicken but it will have to wait. The pros have their check-in at 6pm Columbus time. The NPC events are also taking place.

Dex shaking hands and kissing babies in the hotel lobby. Mr. O definitely more outgoing and personable with everyone.

David Henry looks huge. Yes, thee David who once had getbiggers wanting to lynch him. He's walking around bigger than ever.

Joel Stubbs is always huge.

Bobby Lashley is a beast. Chatted with him a bit in the hotel lobby. Soft spoken dude but about 6'4" and a giant. He will kill Ken Shamrock in his upcoming MMA fight.

Check back for photos and updates here and on bodybuilding.com later tonight.

Oh and yes plenty of fitness ladies around that has Ron smiling ear to ear.

Hey not flaming you Ron but you seriously need to lose some LB's--------if not for you do it for your children, remember Heart Disease is the number 1 killer in the country and being overweight puts you at a much greater risk.

hey I just cut 27lbs myself so I know what its like to be where you're at.

we should get you a motivational progress thread to help inspire you, you have the best minds at your disposal right here.  I heard tbombz just cured cancer and TA is teaching NASA about anti-gravitational suits ;D

question- when any of the UFC guys come into the convention hall, do all the Pro bodybuilders get insecure that real men are now in their space?

this is a serious question

do the Pro's try and act extra tough?
I know some pro's don't take themselves that seriously but you know that their are a couple who try and act "extra butch" or put on a tighter shirt when in the company of tandem mccrory
