It's true, doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result is lunacy.....things must be altered. Not completely mind you, but changed. It's those with disciplined minds that can make the switch from leaning out to bulking up and back again that impress me.....a quality I had before, but have severely neglected in the present.
Definitely true, I'm learning more and more about shocking the body, training & nutrition, trying to keep it constantly guessing, also incorporating alot more fats in the diet, I always steered away from fat and since I've been incorporating them, it's given me some more thickness.
nah man stop wasting time trying to get perfect before you get on stage because i gotta tell u...its never gonna happen...go find a local am show and compete, you may learn a lot more than you think from having done it and then find the answers you need to improve your weaknesses...i know each show i did i learned a ton of things that work/dont work for me and my body
just my opinion, plus i think you would have a blast, first competetion was a lot of fun especially if u compete with some friends
Not trying to perfect things, but I'm trying to balance out more, especially in the leg department, I've trained my upper body for years, and I've just started doing legs going on 5-6 months now, but the Mr. GetBig contest has in a way inspired me to try a real competition soon, maybe sometime next year.
