I've been dropping pounds like Karl Kox has been dropping loads.  I feel great and look much better.
No juice, no, t-3 or clen.

Just total dietary change and hard work.  Started at 272.  I won'y post pics until final results.  The goal is 195 lbs....natural.  At some point I will use t-3.  Not clen.

Much more healthy for me and I'll be 30 in July time to take a better active role in my health.
I'm weak as hell and of course the diet sucks but oh well.

What's your target bodyfat?

5-6 percent.  I'm using Palumbo's diet.  45 min of cardio first thing in the morning.  Sometimes I'll run for two miles (more like run and walk ;D) instead.
I'm not a big eater so right now I'm getting four meals a day.

The only fat burner I'm taking is Palumbos.

Eventually I'll add an evening session of cardio and t-3...maybe even ECA but I hate the way it makes me feel.
