What's your target bodyfat?
5-6 percent. I'm using Palumbo's diet. 45 min of cardio first thing in the morning. Sometimes I'll run for two miles (more like run and walk

) instead.
I'm not a big eater so right now I'm getting four meals a day.
The only fat burner I'm taking is Palumbos.
Eventually I'll add an evening session of cardio and t-3...maybe even ECA but I hate the way it makes me feel.
