Beast for someone who trains as much and as hard as you do, you've got zero muscletone. If I saw you and didn't know any better I would say you probably didn't train and were just overweight. Even in offseason it's obvious when someone is at the competition level.

I definitely have a pouch but not embarrassed about it, I would have posted the pics if I was. The weight helps me hit some big numbers lifting.
