im dieting down too, 45 minutes indoor bike a day. try to eat enough protein to keep the "muscle".
Im doing 15 min before breakfast on a crosstrainer (we have one at home) and thats about 250kcal,
then 1 hour now every night, 1000kcal,
then I mostly eat just chicken rice and fish etc etc, but one "normal" meal
and yeah, trying to keep the protein pretty high, I dont want to loose the little muscle that I have lol.
